Help temperature CPU/MB/Northbridge

Northbridge is that?
It is normal for the northbridge at 60 º celsius?

This northbridge has the highest temperature my CPU 44 celsius and 34 celsius my motherboard.

I wouldnt worry about it, your other temperatures are nice and healthy. It is common that north bridge sensors are dodgy, for example when I had my Asus Crosshair formula Z it reported my NB to be -128c
