Im not quite sure the exchange rates and prices on gpus for your country but I think your budget is around a 290x which is a great card.

You should definitely buy a graphics card before upgrading anything else. Your PC is very good in all other areas.

Within your budget, the R9 290 is the best card you can buy. Personally, I'd pick one of these non-reference cards:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-GAMING-Graphics-Card-PCI-E/...

OR:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Radeon-DirectCU-Graphics-GDDR5-...

The Asus card comes with a very slight overclock for you, and uses flattened heat pipes, which allows for great heat transfer.

MSI cards have a little bit of a reputation for being loud, but their Twin Frozr GPUs do have an extremely good build quality.

It doesn't really matter much which one you choose. Both are going to perform very similarly - an excellent performance, by the way.

Hope I helped!

Sadly, here in the UK, the 290X is ~£400, so out of his budget.
