4670k overheating in a low volatge

ive been running my cpu in 4.4ghz with 1.267 voltage for a while and i decided to drop it to 4.2ghz and im dropping voltage to around 1.250 and still going down because it dont crash on load but my temperature are getting higher then when i was running in 4.4ghz. how is this possible

Is your cooler getting dirty?

Same load on CPU?

Same temp. measurement prog.?

same program and load, and is not that dirty imma take it apart tomorrow for i can clean it better
and install it again. lets see what happens

normal on prime 5 and i use core temp and i re installed it and now i get higher temps
