Keyboard / Mousepad need help !

hi, im stuck for 3 days, i have never seen a mechanical keyboard before, and only mechanical available here are razer Blackwidow and Logitech G710+

i hate my current razer anansi !

also my current 3year mousepad is scratching my new mouse gllides so im going to change it soon too !

i was thinking of G240 and G440 or even maybe razer one, dont know how different they feel,

so, which keyboard do you think i should buy? and which mousepad?

i type a lot, and have typos a lot xD can't do anything about it.

i do gaming but i almost left it, because im learning programming and stuff like that, i type a lot !

the reason i made this is i never seen a mechanical keyboard before and dont know how it is, and also it doesn't have

also not sure if Logitech G510s/G710+ keys are different from my current anansi!

also LCD seems so awesome ! G19s even more awesome but expensive ! i can see temps ! and ect...

Well, I'm not sure what "hard" exactly is, but I think they mean it's like a hard surface. A cloth one is more soft and more like foam. I don't know exact definitions but I would think hard surfaces are better for mice forsure as your mouse just moves smoothly over it. :)

About the g19...Yes! I've heard it's really not a useful screen at all. :p

hehe were you and I talking in another thread about how bad razer is and that you only had logitechs in your country? :p

The LCD on the logitech doesn't work for many games so I wouldn't make it part of your decision personally. Not even worth it for seeing temps :)

What country are you from? maybe I can find a site with more selection

I would probably take the razer over the logitech as bad as that is to say. Razer will be cheaper with more features. Also, I know the 510s isn't mechanical

i woulnd't buy razer because, well its razer and synapse 2.0 is just horrible ,

and i know G510s isn't mechanical, but i thought maybe its good to stay with a normal keyboard !!! if i makes any diffrence from my current anansi, hope they let me try before buying :( also i love to view temps from a second lcd ! no need to alt - tab and in that time GPU gets colder ! and g510s just looks awesome too :D

heres price list :

G19s: 610000 equals to = 165$
G19 : 440000 = 122$
G510: 230000 = 89$
G510s 440000= 122$
G710+ : 520000 = 144$
Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2013: equals to G510s , i think, the website is out of stock ! 1 year warranty, others have 39months, but , warranties here only steal your keys and parts and blame you for physical damage !

for razer products i go to razer.ir , each $ eaquals to 3600tomans ! it used to be each dollar equals to 1000 toman :( lol

and yes , im the same guy xD i got really confused so i made a thread, also what about mousepad? G440/G240/razer mousepads

also , G710+ equals to a ASUS M5A99X EVO AM3+ MB here ! :)

the diffrence of BlackWidow and G710+ is almost 18$,

I guess I feel the same that we pay 30% more for parts in canada when USA is right next to us, so a bit of a wonder land here to :lol:

That warranty sounds like here, one time I try to return a crappy CX600 PSU that was DOA and they wanted me to pay $50 for shipping...

For mousepads ,do you have steelseries there? I know of one that's good, but really a mousepad is a mousepad, $10-20 most will be the same. I would get the g440 because it's hard and not cloth.

Well if all you have is logitech, then I guess that's what you have to get. You also seem to want that screen badly :p , so I would get the g710+ if you can afford it since it's at least mechanical. If you don't want mechanical, do you have any other options then? or still just logitech?

its not only because of prices and ability, this piece of land is a joke !

anyway

razer, steelseries,Logitech, A4tech(not sure) are only brands available here, corsair can't be found here :( sadly, i like crosair, also it makes good cases and PSUs

i would rather not buy steel series, my cousin tells me its horrible, and i only know a website that sells steelseries, no store, so i can't wait :D

wont G440 scratch my mouse? my cousin tells me i like hard ones more, but its up to you:D (told me that 3 years ago)

i guess i will go with G710+ still i will try razer arrow keys (i saw on google that box has a little hole for testing arrow keys !) if i liked mechanical i will get G710+, if i didnt , i will get G510s ! if G510s didnt feel different than my anansi, i would stay with my stupid anansi, i will sell my current keyboard for 40 $ :S if i find anybody :S

anyway my other cousin really hates my keyboard, he never can type with mine :D it makes him so mad :D so i think G510s will be different :)

sorry for delay i had net problem

the mousepad you linked wasn't available :( only few others and COD edition ,if G440 wont scratch my mouse i will buy it
saw lots of good reviews about it:D looks like its a nice mousepad ! sadly not available here :(

i used LCD simulator, the monochrome was kinda cool :D i did a bg with it, in wow, useless info for wow , temps were also good, i guess its not that useful ,i can live without it :D

also what exactly are diffrence from hard and normal mousepads? in feeling and damaging glides or not :D sorry i love my new G602 i dont want it to get damaged !

also, i wont get g19 becasue i saw that LCD only does what monochrom can in color ! and picture and video view is so small to do anything in it!

Logitech Mouse (2x)
Logitech keyboards (2x , gifted one to my fathers office , because it was slim and i dont like it :) )
Logitech Speakers, if i had Headsets for a high chance it would be logitech ! :D

lol xD i should probably remove the razer sticker from my cases left panel, i know it sounds stupid but looked kinda cool :p

will post here about what happened tomarrow :p can't wait !

a quick thing that is really important to me, on one of the reviews i watched the keys turned bright (like the coating was removed) , keys are normally not bright , but on the video the most used parts of keyboard turned bright, much like mine, my space bar left and right side are really bright and feel horrible :( , the keyboard on the video was even worst, it was so bright + it was so ugly to look like this so, is g710+ going to turn like this??!

no, i ment the keys going bright, the skin of keys getting lost and keys turn bright, like, mine the left and right side of keys got like, oily, like theres oil on it ! (but sticky) not talking about backlight, i almost never use backlight !

+ im feeling extremely guilty paying that much of money ! im paying 177$ ! i can do other things with it ! get a normal GPU ( i dont need it, my sapphire 7750 does what i need, i dont really play high graphics game , or i bright graphics down ! , i dont think i will have time for games anymore !) or other things like an 240GB ssd ! (got an intel 520 120gb , 49GB left ! with wow, tf2 , Half life 2 on it ! + windows !, anyway i was like that when i was getting my new mouse, once i puted my hand on it, i made my decision ! maybe it be the same xD , i always feel bad when buying stuff, becasue i work with electronics and i know with even 5$ what awesome things you can make xD

omg, i cant take anymore amout of awesomness !!! i mean, god , this piece of sacred keyboard is just more than just a keyboard

G510 ! with no S !!!!! and its freaking cheap too ! + freaking awesome, awesome times infinity !

this is what i thought, i couldn't find g710+ to try , blackwidow either , so problem was, i didint know at all what they're going to feel, than i tought , wait a second i have no idea how they feel, and because of that , if i dont get it i dont mind, and i will be happy with my g510 ! so i dont know how they feel at all, but happy with my current keyboard :p the reason i bought g510 is that the price is HALF of g510s , + it looked better +i needed to wait around 2-3 days for g510s to arrive, they were all out of stock ! and backlight is so bright ! my anansi almost had no backlight (i dont use back light anyway!)

thanks for help :p btw: nobody had the G440, somebody had the G240, but im just ordering it online now :p should be here at sat day ! or next wed !

Yeah I am in another thread at the moment with a guy who wants a $150 keyboard but is not sure about if he will like them. So I told him to get one for $70 instead so he isn't disappointed.

You pretty much did the same idea :p

Hope you enjoy your new keyboard! :)

btw i have trouble reading Speedfan temps, they are incorrect my gpu shows HD0 temp and ext, i try to change it in .ini . no mater how many times i press enter and re open G15speedfan.exe nothing changes :S

I mentioned a few times the screens were very bad games and didn't work with many things. You will just have to google or start a new topic because I don't like software issues as much...They can be very complicating ! :mad:

I didn't bought it just for the screen , but anyway I will post on done other g510 related forums! But Logitech forum requires some info for registering that can't be filled in here!!! Or it was forbidden! But anyway it worked for many! I don't know but changes I make to INI doesn't work! If it would it will get fixed!
