should i install OS in SSD without connecting HDD ?

so i have just get my new build
in this build i have inculded SSD
as im unware of using SSD not good skills in computer as well
so i wanted to ask if im installing win 7 x64 first time in new build ( all new parts) should i disconnect HDD and install OS in SSD after everything is done I den enable or reconnect HDD as i have seen windows put some system files or folder in other drives in my previous HDD which was used both for storage and OS .. any help is appreciated.

    Yes. Install Windows the only the SSD connected.

    EDIT: Install Windows with only the SSD connected.
