I bought a gaming PC from CyperPowerPC, but I'm having issues with heat in my CPU.

I have been able to play a lot of games maxed out with no problem, but when I play games like CS:GO and other shooters, when I monitor my heat it always gets to the point where my computer shuts down. I have room for 2 more sys_fans in my motherboard, I will attach pics below.
Specs: GeForce GTX 660, Intel Core i5-3570 CPU @3.40 GHz 8.00 GB RAM, I'm running dual monitors, have a 600W power supply, and a coolermaster system.

I marked the areas where sys_fans can go, thank you for all your help!

Like said above, is the radiator fan spinning? Also could you listen for the radiator to turn on?
