Here I go again, Blue Screen problem, will post codes , need help??? please??? this is the second time in about a month.

Hi forgive me if i sound ,mm confused, I only know enough to get into trouble.. both times I have been skyping, I'm not sure how to look up the temp, where would I look ,can you instruct me . Here's my specs, is this what you need?
