how to build a budget 4k gaming rig?

Would it be possible to create a 4k gaming rig with a budget of around 1500 USD? If so, how would I go about doing it?

you could build one that could of course do 4k but if you are looking for 60fps it is not happening

its already over budget with no 4k screen.. in my opinion 2 290's deserve nothing less than 8 threads..

No offense, but no. The monitor alone is already about a third of your budget. I say stick with 1080p until 4K becomes cheaper and more common.
