I'm palnning my first build and I want go with Asus Maximus VII Hero and i7-4470K (LGA 1150), but on corsair webpage I found that case dosen't support 1150, but supports ATX M/B

Link
Compatibility
•Intel LGA 775, 1155, 1156, 1366, and 2011.
•AMD sockets AM2 and AM3.

Is a mistake, it will affect something or not? Like cooler mounting? I will have Corsair H110

Solution
The socket type (lga 775, 1115 etc) is for what type of CPU the motherboard is compatible with.

The motherboard is ATX form factor (size) and that case can fit ATX so you are fine.

-shrugs- maybe for the compatibility of the USB 3.0 ports in the front panel?

So it will affect my build? Or not a big deal?

It wont, since you choose the Hero for the mobo.
There are many CPU coolers/cases that only mention lga 1155, but that is just as reference or because the product was made before the release of the 1150 socket.
