It's a good build, but you're spending way too much on your CPU relative to your video card. Scale back on the CPU -- get an i5-4670k and save yourself a hundred bucks. In most cases for gaming, the i5-4670k is about as powerful as you need. Anything above that is just wasting money unless you do really intensive things outside of gaming, and even then the difference isn't so massive. Use the money you save by switching to an i5-4670k to upgrade your GPU. Aim for either an R9 280X, or more ideally, a GTX 770. A GTX 770 with an i5-4670k will max out most every game at 60 fps. Minecraft and GMod will be a piece of cake. DayZ and Arma will be more intensive, but you should still be able to easily max out your game or come close to it with...

Because you'd be switching to an i5, you'd need to change your motherboard. Look for a good Z87 Chipset board. In addition, the liquid cooling seems a bit superfluous. You could keep it if you plan to do really heavy overclocking, but make sure your motherboard doesn't bottleneck your overclock first. Ideally, you can switch to a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO for serious air cooling at a very good price. My CPU is at 4.5 GHz (BC 3.5 GHz) and under max load it still gets under 50 degrees with a Hyper 212 EVO.

Also, "600 W Standard" isn't very informative. Can we get a brand name and model? You don't want to skimp out on your PSU.

ok so basically from iBUYPOWER i7's are all you can get and that's the cheapest one its.... so I cant switch out that but I will switch out the graphics card as long as you swear its better xD ..... oh and the manufacturer is Corsair.... so I cant really upgrade the graphics card cause its a little expensive...... so basically the computer is still the same except I upgraded the graphics to the R9 one you said but I might have to change back cause its a little over my budget....
one last thing..... do you know of any good desktops under 1500 (preferably 1000-1400) that can run these games maxed out? please respond cause I need this computer to be good but fit my budget....

Your best bet to stay within budget and get everything you need is to build it yourself. In the long run, it's a better investment to build it yourself for a number of reasons: Better knowledge of your parts in case you need to replace/upgrade in future, typically cheaper, better quality parts (such as the power supply) and a number of other things. Building your own desktop is far more enjoyable, and isn't all that complicated. I recommend you do so.
