I just got my GPU and my ram, so I unboxed them. What I forgot was static electricity. I unboxed them in a carpeted area. What are the chances that they are fried and how can I tell if they are fried. BTW my other parts haven't came in yet so yeah....
Thanks in advance also.

It's probably fine. Are you in a low humidity climate?

Other than testing with another pc that is capable of running he gpu, you have to wait for your other parts.
Make sure you breadboard the cpu, ram, motherboard and gpu outside the case to ensure they work before you put it in the case.

Static discharge is more of a problem in low humidity. You 99.87654321% did not break anything.
