I'm building a gaming PC and the parts are coming in soon. What do you do after. I know how to configure the RAM. But that's the kind of thing I'm asking. Configure the sound, cpu, or what. Tell me everything to do in the BIOS and everything else. Don't leave anything out. This is my first build.

After RAM, if you have additional case fans you might want to adjust those as well.
Also go by the Manufacturers website and grab the MOST recent firmware or software for programs..
(The installation cd's firmware could be antique)

This includes sound drivers, intel drivers, WIFI drivers if need be, Windows updates.

If you are overclocking then that it something else you can start to do in the Bios if your CPU and Motherboard are compatible.

Thanks. I haven't even gotten one part, but I'm trying to find the drivers I need but I can't find the one I need.
