As my current XFX GT 240 is dead, I need to buy a Graphics card soon....given that I'm on a budget, which of these 3 cards shall I choose ( you can recommend something else within the same range) ? I have a 650W PSU and I want to play games like "watchdogs" and upcoming "the division" ( I know...."The Division" is too much to ask but I'm hoping that I'll be able to play that at lower settings).....please help!

Yes, its faster out of the three...but I'm just wondering if it will be enough to support most of the 2014-2015 games or else I'm gonna buy the 650 given that there's an eighty dollars difference...thanks anyway...I really appriciate the answer.
