Can this rig run Battlefield 4 and Metro Last Light on Max settings at 60 fps 1080 p?

i7 4790k 4 core 4.0 ghz can oc to 4.8 ghz. GTX Titan Black, 8 gb ddr 2133

It pains me when someone who doesn't even know anything about PChardware gets better hardware than I have. But yes, that will run anything out right now at 1080p/60 fps. Except for maybe Watchdogs in some places, because Watchdogs doesn't scale correctly on stronger hardware; anything stronger than a PS4 GPU (GTX 750 TI or HD 7790) gets smaller and smaller performance returns for no apparent reason.

I'm pretty sure this question was a troll. That hardware isn't cheap at all, nobody stupid would buy it without knowing it's capabilities.

You never know, could just be someone with a ton of money to throw away and bought whatever came up first.
