First time My pc turn on no display

My pc first time turns on no display but pc turns on after i switch off completely again i turn it on bios ask non proper system boot attempts ask y/n if click yes go to bios performance dashboard if click no go to windows usually.

my configuration
Intel DH87RL board
intel i7 4th generation 4770 processor
Asus DD 7750 1GB DDR5 graphic card
2x 8Gb ddr 5 (1600)
SMPS 450w Cooler master
HDD 1 TB

Please help me what if problem goes on please give me suggestion .

did you set the bios to load from the os drive as the first boot device and did you plug it in the first sata port on the motherboard .

Yes, bios load from the os drive. and i plug the sata port in first one.

the bios is on the motherboard and the os is on the hdd also try to use the system with one ram module and remove the gpu and use the onboard on then boot and see if monitor got signal .

I try remove all power source, and i reconnect all power cabels. I think my power connection without ground. So i connect my ups in main plug point(my main plug point have ground ). Now first time boot normally. I think the problem is power fluctuation. That problem is power fully not come in motherboard. If problem comes in i try you suggestion Anyway thank you scout. i don't know if problem came or not.

you have the ups in the wall outlet then in the system from it and it turn on do you have any other issue after that .

Yes Scout, Still the problem coming do you have any idea my motherboard has the problem. my motherboard new one i bought two weeks earlier.

it could be the motherboard but since you have boot one time i would give a look at the psu .
