Keep doing something wrong with PSU? [Weird noise coming from it]

So near the beginning of this year I started noticing that my Corsair PSU fan would make a rattling noise when it got to higher RPMs and there was a lot of power being needed. Over the months that rattling noise progressed to get worse and worse to the point that people could hear it happen in the other room, and I could also hear it with headphones on and game volume fairly high. So a few weeks ago I got a new Supernova G2 750W from EVGA, and it started making that noise too, but ever so slightly. Fearing that it would get to the point that my old one was at I RMAd it and the replacement had overvoltage issues, so now I'm waiting for the replacement of the replacement.

I took everything out of my case and made sure that there was nothing loose that could be making this noise. When putting it all back in I tightened the screws a little more and still the noise persisted. So I'm wondering now, is this something that I'm doing wrong? Or is it just a coincidence that the first PSU and the old Corsiar PSU just had something wrong with the bearings? This is the case that I'm using. I haven't found any other people reporting the same issue, even though I can't find any way that it could be the case. I didn't have this issue with the other two PCs I built before that had been using the original corsair PSU.

Well, as far as I have read, CX Corsair are known to occasionally be a "whiner" .

Because you say the Super nova is doing it to makes me think of 2 things.

Bad luck with PSUs or you are just paranoid now from the rattling and this causes you to make the noises seem worse than they are. No offense meant, I just know this can happen with people (myself included)

If you've made sure everything is tight, I'm not sure what else to say.
Can you list out all your hardware?

Are you describing coil whine?

A gpu or a psu can make this noise. Since you've tried two PSUs (if coil whine is the sound you are getting) then I'd listen a little more carefully and see if it's the gpu.

The rest of my specs are

i5 3570k at stock clock [down from 4.0 because I wanted to see if the fixed the new rattle]
GTX 770 [Also checked to make sure this wasn't the cause of the rattle]
    1TB Samsung SSD

I've had my head in the case while running a benchmark and listening to my 3 case fans, GPU and CPU fan and can say that the noise is originating from the PSU.

I've made sure that it wasn't coil whine, which I do have a little of on my GPU, but during a benchmark when it starts happening I can alt tab out and hear the fan spin back down making the noise. Normally alt tabbing out of what is causing the whine stops it right away.

If its not coil whine and nothing is obstructing your PSU fans, and it was just the PSU; I would RMA the PSU.

But if your graphics card is making the noise too, it might help if you posted a photo of the inside of your PC case here.
