[HELP] Keyboard pausing frequently while in use

Otherwise known as "Keyboard Stalling"
Anyways, I'm using a laptop (HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC) when after playing BF3 (Pls don't say anything about specs) I noticed my controls were "sticking". I would hold W sometimes, release it, and keep moving forward. What could be the cause of this? Please answer!

It isn't lag, I'm experiencing it right now while typing, the word is half completely while I type.
Sticky keys is off.
I haven't spilled food or drink onto my keyboard.

Okay, so I was fooling around with my on-screen keyboard and found out that typing is delayed also.
Thing worth to note, I open up my keyboard and have HID, PS/2, and apparently my Razer DeathAdder.

Nope, if it interferes with on screen keyboard, I'm not sure what to do, but I'll replace the HID and PS/2 drivers anyways.

I just found out something. IT IS NOT MY KEYBOARD. I just grabbed a USB Keyboard, plugged it in, and it still has the same error. Can anyone please help out here?
