Is My Motherboard Stopping my GPU?

Solution
The system should be able to make full use of the GPU. The CPU isn't going to be a bottleneck, as long as the PSU is one of ThermalTakes decent units it should provide stable enough power for the card, and aslong as you have ~8Gbs of decent ram(ddr3 1600 with a CAS of 9 or lower is the minimum i normally suggest for a gaming rig) that shouldn't be a problem either.

Nvm, my bad ^^; Well, you mentioned you'd be changing the mobo anyway so, those are what I'd recommend.
