I have never build a pc. I need help building a video editing PC, I will be using After Effects, Sony Vegas, Hitfilm, maybe 3D and animation software, and some gaming but thats not so important. Im 16 years old so its not gonna be heavy video editing im just starting. I have a low budget around $600-$700 max, just including keyboard and mouse and software within the budget dont need any other peripherals. I will be buying on USA

ultra settings, just some light gaming.

Thanks a lot really, im really new on this, do i need a dvd drive to install windows? or can it be installed with something else, cause i didnt see a dvd drive included?
