No bootable device -- Please restart system

Dear all ,
I hav bought a Toshiba click Satellite W35Dt-A3300. It just can not boot Windows 8, only display an ugly message on a black screen : No bootable device -- Please restart system .
Any one with a clue on how to deal with that please.
I ll trully appreciate

Go into the BIOS and see if the system is recognizing the had drive.

to get to the bios is the problem . i tried all possibilities i know , nothing work so far to get me there

Place it in the dock, hold down FN + F2(Back light Down) key while turning on to get to the Bios.

this message is also displayed when the OS drive cannot be found by the system

how are you going to reinstall when the drive is not seen by the system?
