Silent 80mm fans for Zalman Z11?

As title really, looking to replace the fans in the side panels of the case. They need to be quieter than the ones currently in the case, and preferably powered by molex. Has anybody got any suggestions on what i should get? Also preferably no LED fans as they are hidden away anyway

There is no silent 80 mm fan since the 80 mm fans are really noisy due their small fin size.

Really wish i could fit some 120s into those panels

Anyway i've managed to find this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Coolink-Case-Fan-SWiF2-800-Retail/dp/B002IG5GYE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1402270787&sr=8-1&keywords=SWiF2-800 Apparently at full speed it's noise level is only 9.0 dbA. Will this be good or will it just not displace as much air as the others?

the coolink fan will only output a poor 19cfm
The SilenX EFX-08-15 80mm Effizio Quiet Case Fan will output 32cfm almost double at only 15dba
