The matter is I'm on Devils Canyon waiting, its coming up for August/September in my country, November - in worst case. So I need that PC for 3-4 month maximum
Unfortunately, some of my plans for a vacations were ruined, and now I have extra 150$ for another type of attraction - videogames. Having no work, no tasks - SO im going for gaming, surfing and some of x264 encoding for iPad.
I've already have all the components, even DDR3-1600 8GB ram (KIngSt Fury), so only I need is CPU+MB, FOR 150$
I have some prices here:
1. G3420+B85M (~135$)
2 ATHLN 760K + cutted a88X mobo - and I'm not sure if it capable to run athlon over 4 GHz (145$)
3. And 3... It is i3-2120 for 90$ now.
What do you think guys - which one should I stick to? Maybe you have some greater ideas, it would be nice to hear. Or maybe all of that sucks even now and should be a little bit expensive
P.S. frankly speaking, I don't think that P3420 is great for gaming tasks. Even with its Haswell cores, i think microshutterings and unresponses are waiting for me with that CPU. But if Im wrong correct me please
