so basically I have gotten many opinions about how im getting my new computer and what I should get at first I wanted a laptop but then they said get a desktop so I built a desktop and I need to know if its worth the buck my budget is preferably under 1400 also if you know of a better desktop for games than mine that's under 1400 please tell me

Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 -- 4x PCI-E 2.0 x16
600 watt
Windows 8.1
GRAPHICS CARD - im not sure which one I should get for gaming right now im getting a AMD Radeon r9 208 - 3gb but is there another one that's better (and the same price or cheaper?) thanks!
So are these specs good enough to get 60+ fps in minecraft, enough fps to play Dayz and Arma 2 + Arma 3? Also Gmod? please answer below and thank you for your time!
