OK, yes. Your game will be more limited by the GTX760.
But... a real waste.
Without a Z87 or Z97 based motherboard, you are leaving a 30% cpu performance gain from overclocking go to waste.
And... if you use a Z97 based motherboard you will have an upgrade path to broadwell.

It will run, but we are pointing out that investing in an overclocking chip I5-4670(k) might be wastefull money wise if you dont get an overclocking board.

Possibly.

You might ask asrock to be certain.
Possibly you can oc the graphics on the motherboard.
Raising the multiplier is what you want,

My take is that a Z97 guarantees it, may be better at it, and gives you future14nm broadwell upgrade capability.

Bottom line i would like to know if you could overclock with H97 or H81 boards in general not just asrock. Im looking for a mini itx board, and the price difference with the z97s is huge where i live.
