I just got this keyboard and everything works great untill I start playing FPS games where the WASD keys are used a lot.
When I have my backlit LED's on full some of the keys don't register or fail after a few seconds of pressing them.
But when I have no lights on it works fine (so far). So what can I do? it would seem a shame to send back a keyboard I just got.

ha, are these really my only options? is there no way of introducing more power to the keyboard via USB ?

Well, did you plug the keyboard into an unpowered USB hub? Did it come with multiple USB plugs (like my Logitech G710+)? if either of those answers are "yes", then sure, you have self-evident options.

If you answered "no", then I'd suggest that the actions open to you are covered by option 2 in my OP. :)

well im not sure. I just plugged the cable into the usb (2.0 and 3.0) front and back and i get the same problem. How do check if the usb is unpowered?
