HELP!!Built a new PC in nzxt h440 turns it on and started smoking!!

Hi I just built a new PC and it wouldn't turn on. I turn on the PSU and the mono gives me a green light. I the. Hit the power button from the case and nothing. So I pushed the direct key ( directly trun on the mono) the Kraken then lit up red and started sparking and smoking!!!

Specs are as follows:
Nzxt h440 case
Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 mobo
Corsair cx600w PSU
Geforce gtx 560 to (I had taken thia out before I pushed the direct key button)

Kraken x60 top mounted.
Just built it it wouldn't turn on.
Bios needs to be flashed?
Kraken pump bad?
Note *****I did see some some thermal paste on the side of the CPU the kraken has pre applied thermal paste and I had some diffuclty mounting it resulting in rubbing around the thermal paste.
***also note I heard some sparking sounds like that of using jumper cables on car batteries and then I saw smoke emitting from the kraken/ close to the ram. I then turns off the PSU immediately. I did not see anything wrong with the ram afyerwards . thanks for help!!

Brother, you have suffered a LOT of damage. What and how much is hard to tell from your description.

    I feel for you.

  3. Thank you! So I took of the kraken it seemed to be fine thermal paste and ram were fine. It seems I had the kracken power connector ( which is 3 pins) plugged into the wrong thing but Inow I plugged it into the 4 pin CPU fan power spot on the motherboard and it still doesn't work. I read about a lot of problems with 8350 and Asus sabertooth 990fx should I just return the mobo? Get a new PSU?
  4. I am guessing your motherboard is fried.
  5. I messed up

Was supposed to say plugged the 3 pin into the 4 pin since it is a CPU cooler >.<
