I have $3500 to spend, and I was looking into 4K gaming. It would be really nice to have a 4K monitor for some of the games that are releasing like The Division, Star Citizen, Battlefield: Hardline, etc. Now, I've been reading a lot online that you need a complete BEAST of a computer to even come close to 60 FPS on High/Max settings, and I don't know if its true. The games I mainly play are Battlefield 4, DayZ SA, Titanfall, Watch Dogs, Minecraft, Skyrim, and more demanding games. Can someone build me a computer that can run these games at High/Max settings with good FPS, without going over budget? I would like to overclock my CPU, and I would prefer a AIO Water cooler.

If you can wait a couple of weeks swap the CPU for a 4790k instead and get 6Gb versions of the 780Ti as they will be a bit cheaper than the Titan blacks with the same gaming performance.

Did you want 4k monitor included in price? If not, the above is for the most part very good. I wouldn't go titan black for 4k gaming. I'd recommend the 6gb 780's (never heard that 6gb 780ti's were coming out, but would 100% go that route if this is true).
