New Build will not POST, turns on and off

I have a new build and have done this before, and I'm very familiar with hardware and software (intermediately experienced). I've looked through nearly every thread with this issue but I really am stumped. Basically it does the classic turn on for a second and right back off. I can get it to stay on, but it will then not post or display anything. I have done all the troubleshooting from that list on other threads similar to this - to no avail, and have tried every combination of components. The only thing I haven't tried is breadboarding, but all of the components are new and I have swapped PSU's to rule out that possibility. Also, I currently have no video card as the graphics are integrated. The only other issue I can think of would be that since my CPU is newer than the mobo, maybe the BIOS isn't compatible? Anyway, the components are as follows:

Gigabyte Z87MX-D3H (rev. 1.1)
Intel Core i5-4690
Kingston HyperX DDR3 1866MHz RAM
Samsung 840 Evo SSD
EVGA 600W PSU

could you see the bios version it need the f6 for your cpu also did you try only with one ram in you may have to find someone that have one of those cpu using the f5 bios to see if motherboard work .http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4490

I confirmed with Gigabyte that the BIOS does indeed need to flashed to support the Core i5 since it is a Haswell refresh with f6, never dealt with this issue before, thanks for the advice scout_03.
