physical RAM compatibility has nothing to do with VRAM coming from a graphic card. does it help to have a DDR3 motherboard? sure...but regardless a GDDR5 graphic card will work

What does VGA PCIE16 means? Is this model of video card. I am realy afraid to risk buying video card. I have Geforce 210 and i am trying to replace it with new one GTX 650

PCI-E x16 just lets you know what "kind" of card it is. it fits in a PCI-E x16 port on your motherboard. your 210 video card is a PCI-E x16 so swapping will be no problem. what is your power supply though? a 650 requires 400 watts and one 6-pin power connector.

to be honest you may as well go with a GTX 750. has the Maxwell architecture so it consumes much less power, requires a 300w power supply and NO 6-pin power connector. same price as the GTX 650 and you're getting more performance

Nah i don't need beast PC and i am happy with games on medium or high graphics. Because i am tired playing next gen games on lowest with 20 fps. And now i decided to get rid of Geforce 210 and buy normal GTX 650. And GTX 750 is expensive to me. I have 2 days left and i will get my GTX 650. Thanks for your information

its up to you. if your power supply isnt a name brand one then most likely it will not have a 6-pin power cable. here's a link for a molex adapter.
