My PC has an i5 4570 CPU and a GTX 760. I want to upgrade to better graphics card for more intensive games in the future. By higher end, I mean like GTX 780 and the next 800 series cards like a GTX 880. Is my CPU powerful enough for this and for future games? Or should I think about upgrading soon?
Yes the i5 4570 will still be fine with a GTX 780.
Currently there is only a small increment sin cpu perofrmance, so it may last until there is a significant leap in cpus or when the gpu becomes much faster than the i5 4570 can handle.

you should upgrade it at somepoint, the cx series arent the best. theyre made cheaply. heres a list of psus, i suggest tiers 1 and 2 to buy from:
