i would get atleast a 650W, the 8350 takes alot of wattage, plus it has some overclocking room since you have the h100i. also, consider getting the 8320, its the same as the 8350 but can be overclocked to the same levels. it just depends how lucky you are in getting a good overclocking chip. with the money saved with the 2gb 270x and the 8320, i suggest a more robust motherboard like the gigabyte 990fx ud3, it has better powerphases. all of the previous issues with the ud3 have been fixed, since the board is in revision 4 right now
