is it possible to run OS x mountain lion on a full amd system?
if not, atleast a way to run it on virtual machine?
cpu 8320
gpu r9 270x
mobo Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P AM3+

It is very possible, however it is a lot harder than it would be on an Intel processor. You probably want to look on a dedicated hackintosh forum rather than Tom's Hardware which is more of a hardware forum as the name implies. A quick Google for AMD hackintosh should help you.
