no problem, but you're forgetting to add in the price of the OS unless you have one that you can use.
  11. Good point how much does windows 7 home premium run for? Hmm I'm seeing between $60-80
  12. you guys gotta quit posting stuff that has the final price after rebate........... there's more up front money. and rebates aren't rebates anymore... it's plastic.
  13. Ok so thx for the help now I have a good idea of what I'm gonna be spending and getting. Next part is will the computer come assembled or will I have to place everything in the case myself. If i need to construct it are there any good vids out there that could help me? I'm a noob at this :P
  14. Thx swiftly that's awesome, I rly appreciate it, wish I hadn't of hit solved yet.
  15. What I came up with... By no means the best gaming rig or the prettiest at that, but for what you're using it for, it will work. this went slightly over budget ($20) because i threw in a bigger hard drive.

  16. You'll have to build it yourself but its really not all that bad.
  17. $20 over is fine. Thx it looks like a winner. I found a YouTube video on how to assemble it. Now the last challenge left is to get the parents to agree. Thx so much guys. Ill post again when it's ordered. Keep posting if u find anything better
  18. keep in mind that includes rebates so that means you'll have to pay more initially before you get money back. without rebates its close to 50$ over. which in all actuality is 1-2 weeks tops of yard work

Well I don't mind yard work. It keeps the tan alive and the cash flow open. Thx for all the help today. Hell I thought I was going to be buying a laptop.
  20. Not a problem man. In the end if you get more serious about gaming you can upgrade that as much as you want since it's not a beast by anymeans right now. Besure to post a build thread too when you start it!
  21. I Absolutely will
  22. nighthhawks build is decent. watch prices as suggested...but scanning it it looks like something is missing..?? ........ mrnumbs is way too slow. not a good gamer.
  23. Swifty, he said all he was using it for was tekkit and mine craft not watch dogs, BF4 or anything like that. That build is fine for what he's doing. I told him straight out its not by any means an amazing gaming pc but it will meet his needs.

*And his build is missing the OS, that's why it looks that way.
