$445.00.......... if you want windows 8.1 you can swap. get a 64bit oem. needed more money.
Ok so thx for the help now I have a good idea of what I'm gonna be spending and getting. Next part is will the computer come assembled or will I have to place everything in the case myself. If i need to construct it are there any good vids out there that could help me? I'm a noob at this :P
What I came up with... By no means the best gaming rig or the prettiest at that, but for what you're using it for, it will work. this went slightly over budget ($20) because i threw in a bigger hard drive.

ItsMrNumb said:keep in mind that includes rebates so that means you'll have to pay more initially before you get money back. without rebates its close to 50$ over. which in all actuality is 1-2 weeks tops of yard work
Well I don't mind yard work. It keeps the tan alive and the cash flow open. Thx for all the help today. Hell I thought I was going to be buying a laptop.
Swifty, he said all he was using it for was tekkit and mine craft not watch dogs, BF4 or anything like that. That build is fine for what he's doing. I told him straight out its not by any means an amazing gaming pc but it will meet his needs.
*And his build is missing the OS, that's why it looks that way.
