Today I was updating the graphics driver and GeForce experience. Everything seemed to go fine with the graphics driver, but when I was updating GeForce experience, the installation hung at the very end so I force closed it. Now when I restarted the computer, windows hung at the splash screen. Now I can't get it to boot at all. I tried my recovery disk and windows install disk, and both of them also hang at the splash screen. They only boot successfully when I unplug the SSD that has the OS installed on it. Now I am stuck as to what to do next. I also tried resetting the bios and that didn't do anything either. Please help me. I need this computer for my homework and I am being forced to type this entire paragraph on my iPad right now.

I have now discovered that if I leave the computer on for around 5 minutes or so sitting on the splash screen, it does boot. This way worse than it used to be because I have an SSD. I used to see the splash screen for about 5 seconds before the computer would continue to boot into windows. So any help diagnosing the problem would be appreciated. I am now running chkdsk and I will post the results when it is finished.

Edit: Chkdsk found nothing. Someone please help me.
