Will these 2 components fit in a Fractal Design CORE 3000 Case

This case has a 160mm CPU Cooler height and 270mm GPU length (longer if you remove the cage which I hope to get away with not doing)

I want to install a Thermaltake NiC F4 CPU Cooler and a eVGA GTX770 2G Superclocked w/ ACX Cooler GPU.

The video card is about 264mm and the CPU Cooler I think is around 154mm (not certain).

Will these 2 components fit in the case comfortably, especially the CPU Cooler allow me to close the side panel?

I think you should be good.
I might remove the middle drive cage if you don't need the space for hard drives. It promotes better airflow.
Google "fractal design core 3000 case" and look at some of the .jpg pics. See if you can find one with your card or cooler installed.
