What's the best cooler to use for these parts?

So my PC's kind of small, so I'm wondering what cooler would fit. As for my budget, the lower the price the better.
Here are my specs:

Rosewill LINE-M Micro-ATX Mini Tower Case

AMD Athlon X4 760K CPU

Radeon R7 260X

MSI A78M-E35 Motherboard

8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM

1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue HDD

430W Corsair CX430 PSU

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Note: Currently using stock cooler.

Note 2: Would I need a new PSU that has more than 450W?

Solution
Get a Hyper 212 Evo cooler if you are overclocking, otherwise the stock cooler will do fine for its intended use, followed by a good TIM application.

With your system at full load, it barely pulls 300W on the wall so 430W PSU in more than enough.

Thanks. The Hyper 212 Evo seems to be a fit.
