My Build:
Motherboard: MSI A88XM-E45
Ram: 2x4GB RAM
Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 760
PSU: 530w
CPU: AMD A10-7850k Kaveri
OS: Windows 7 64bit

Issue:
I have 6 USB 3.0 slots on my motherboard. I downloaded the driver off of MSI's website for the USB 3.0 drivers. We found this driver installed two sets. One controls only two USB 3.0 (These work). The one that is supposed to control the other 4 is not working. I would forget about it but I use these USB slots. I found some other drivers which is asmedia USB 3.0 drivers for the 4 that aren't working but the asmedia drivers did not work either. Does anyone have any other suggetions or fixes? Any help would be appreciated.

I did. I tried installing them today and the asmedia as well and neither work. I re-installed the AMD Chipset, Audio Drivers, Renasus, and Asmedia drivers after I wiped Windows.

In device manager it shows all the USB port drivers are working but under Other Devices it shows Ethernet Controller, PCI Device, SM Bus Controller, USB Controller two times. It says drivers not installed for these. I know I installed the Renasus drivers though. I know the ports work cause in BIOS it recognizes them and gives them power until Windows boots up where it either doesn't recognize them or just shuts them down.

I only have two USB 2.0 in the back, 4 USB 3.0 in the back and 2 USB 3.0 on my case. @xUSB 2.0 and 6xUSB 3.0? Even after the chipset drivers and USB 3.0 drivers they dont work.

I was just going off the spec -
USB 3.0 ports (Front) 2
USB 3.0 ports (Rear) 4
USB 2.0 ports (Front) 4
USB 2.0 ports (Rear) 2

I'm just trying to work out which ports are OK per Device Manager and which are not OK.

If the leads are connected and you can't get them to work, then I'd suspect something wrong with the mobo. But I'd try to make 100% sure before having to replace the mobo.

I was thinking when you said the Chipset drivers include some USB 3.0 drivers. I installed my Graphics card yesterday and went ahead and removed all AMD applications. That is why USB 3.0 wasn't working. I reinstalled this and now they are all working. Thank you so much for your help :)
