i lost my basic mobile phone so how can i track it using phone number

If you cannot find it after 24hrs and you are sure that it was in a public place and not somewhere in your home report it as lost or stolen to your local police and cell phone service provider and if it was stolen and is being used or if some has found it and given it to the police you may very well get it back.
