Can somebody please help me with this, I'm stuck like for three days with this black screen saying "No Bootable Device -- insert boot disk and press any key".

The worst part is that after a few restarts in that condition I wasn't able to get even into the BIOS settings. I guess I messed up my pc trying to delete an old windows partition. Maybe something to do with the MBR.

Please help me put things the way it was.

There are bootable CD's with diagnostics. I would try and boot to one of those and run the diagnostics.
You can also try unplugging and replugging in the power cable and sata cable to your hard drive. Sometimes they get bad connections and need to be re seated.

You put the cables and seating the hard disk illegally, Remove and insert properly the cables (SATA Cables and Power Cables) and re seat the hard disk properly, Insert the Bootable CD that installs Operating System (like Windows XP) and reboot it, You can first run the BIOS Setup, Go to Boot Tab, Press Enter for specifying additional drives, (Go to First CD-ROM, Second Hard Disk Drive, Third Floppy Disk and Fourth Network Boot (Argon PXE)), Exit saving changes, and boot, Install OS (like Windows XP), and see if that helps after installation of OS and first Hard Disk Drive, second CD-ROM Drive, third Floppy Disk, fourth Network Boot (Argon PXE).
