Yes, why do you ask? Did you buy one of them already? Msi 970A-G45 is a AM3+ board.

I already had a 970A-G45 and was looking to upgrade, someone said it wasn't compatible with the fx 8350.

I might get the fx 8320 instead for the price/performance ratio and the lower power consumption. But if i were to get the 8350 would it have problems r anything like that at slock levels?

I'd suggest the 8350 cuz it is faster at stock. Just skip overclocking unless you get a different mobo. It isn't advised to overclock with that one. As long as you are at stock and have your CPU cooler then you won't have issues.
