Putting aside my thoughts on your peripherals. The most obvious thing about your pc build, that i wouldn't call an "issue" is that you have no need for 850W. That is overkill unless you plan to buy a second video card.

Your PC just strict warcraft? Its a great build, maybe get a z87 board instead of a z97, because you are using a z87 cpu and you wont get much difference if you use a z97 board with a z87 cpu. Also, you dont need 850w psu and don't need 80+ gold, bronze is good enough. With the money saved, you could get a better graphics card

Mostly Warcraft . i will wait and buy the 4690K now . The PSU was cheaper than a 650 at the time . I was think of getting a R R290 Card . As the price is coming down. But not sure if it would do better in warcraft than a GTX 770 .
..

The r9 290 is better than the gtx770 on performance, but the gtx770 will be less noisy, and more cool
