Title says most of it looking to build my first pc, intend to use it for gaming/streaming and video editing. I'm also an engineering student and do some work in Autucad but with these components im quite sure that shouldnt be a problem. The things I had the most trouble researching/deciding on were the case and cooler but I think thats mostly because my lack of experience isnt really allowing me to fully picture how the components will fit together in the case yet. Any advice/changes would be greatly appreciated, I have researched all parts and they seem quite good but I\m sure the experience on this forum goes will beyond my own. In addition any tips/videos or anything you would deem necessary or useful for a first-time builder would be appreciated.

Solution
I would suggest two changes

Motherboard→ Asus Z87-A/Z97-A LGA 1150
SSD→ Samsung 840 Pro Series 256GB

You don't need that high-end motherboard you listed, for what you'r going to do.

Asus Z87/Z97-A is a great choice for overclocking i7-4770k without paying a heavy premium.

Rest all is a great build and that Case will easily fit Noctua NH D14. Though if you have budget issues, then you can save some money on PSU and Case
