i have a problem with the vga's driver after defrag

er doing an optimised defrag by using smart defrag 3 my nvidia driver stopped working. so i thought i just need to uninstall and reinstall it but turn out the card itself became unknown device and i cant install the driver aswell!!

It may be easiest to return your system to a previous time using system restore.

Does it show up in Device Manager? As working?

Is it connected properly - pcie, power?

i just buy the laptop a few days ago so i havent set any restore point

btw i used the "defrag and prioritize files" of smart defrag 3 and i think i did something to the driver.

Then there is no driver for it at all.

You should download an install the latest driver. Does GeForce Experience detect it?

Does your cpu have integrated graphics you can switch to? Try the Geforce website to see if the card is detected.

i cant even install the geforce experience.nvm ill just gonna take it to the repair shop.

I think you need to do a Windows re-install. That means saving data then copying it back and re-installing apps.

the solution is to do it in safe mode.... but anw thank you so much for finding the fix for me :)  best website.
