Im on a 800 to 900$ budget so are these specs good

Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
MSI CSM-B75MA-P45 Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
XFX Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card
NZXT Source 220 ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)
Asus PCE-N15 802.11b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter
(*Price history excludes taxes and combo deals.) All for 880$ but dam u windows 7 for being expensive.

I would change your motherboard to MSI H97M-E35 allows for future upgrades to coming Haswell refresh and broadwell cpu. Ram Kingston Technology HyperX 8 GB (2x4 GB Modules) 1600 MHz DDR3 Dual Channel Kit better price to performance (check if compatible with board of choosing). I prefer this graphics card Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 cheaper and newer performance. Rosewill 300Mbps 802.11 b/g/n Wireless Adapter (RNX-N250PCe) is better than the asus wireless adapter. Corsair Carbide Series 200R much better case.
