Solution
ok ill admit to it not being entirely true but in pretty sure ESET SS6 wouldn't pick up false warnings, and also yh I use pirate bay every now and then, I even got Adobe flash CS6 from pirate bay with a crack but that is pirate bay, I don't use any other torrent website but I do use bit-torrent premium

it may be that bit-torrent is no longer compatible with windows XP
what are your PC specs and if you can try to upgrade to at least windows 7 64bit if you can try for the windows 8 iso although tou cant upgrade to windows 8.1 if you do

also if you really want a game its probably best to go buy as 99% of the time torrents will have at least one virus/malware/Trojan horse

That's a scare tactic, you'll never see a virus or maleware on a game from a place like the pirate bay, just get it from a trusted or VIP uploader. I'm
Not exactly encouraging you to pirate games but there's no need to spread around false info. Most anti viruses pick up game cracks as a virus but it's just a false positive
