Does the Sony Vaio Y Series VPCYB25AG have a PCI card slot?
If there isnt any, is there any way how I could make my system support USB 3.0?

You can't fit a PCI card inside a laptop, they are for desktop computers.

The only way to give your laptop USB 3.0 ports is by buying one these if your laptop has an ExpressCard slot on the left or right-hand side of your laptop: http://www.cableuniverse.co.uk/usb-3-0-pcm-express-card.html?language=en&currency=GBP
