stuck on windows logo can't repair, and sometimes screen flicker like this

hello guys, i need help
i cant boot into windows, it always stuck on windows logo
if i restart after a few times, it went to efi shell, start.nsh or something like that, the looks of it reminds of command prompt
and sometimes my screen flicker like this, is this because of my gpu?

is this problem gonna go away if i reinstalled windows?

my spec:
i5 4440
mobo MSI h87 g43 gaming
msi gtx 760
ram 2x4 gb corsair
hdd 500gb wd black

Try booting from the original drive if you can

Windows cant find a driver or a system folder is missing and thats why its attempting a repair . A fresh install is bound to work

yes, i changed my hdd from 1tb wd blue to 500gb wd black
my wd blue was faulty, sometimes it just went missing (can't be detected at bios)
so i use another pc, clone the system drive from the wd blue to wd black
is this the source of the problem?



yes, i think im gonna do that
but before i reinstall, i just wanna make sure that this is not hardware problem
