They perform similar,. Either is fine. The Asus may be a bit faster out of the box but it may be 1-5 fps difference. You can overclock to the same performance on either card.

Asus = 141,99 EURO
MSI = 135,99 EURO
The asus one will run better because of GPU boost, the cooler the card, the faster it is. With the DirectCUII cooling, the card will be cooler and will be able to achieve higher clocks with GPU boost
