Hi GamersUnite1The Radeon R9-290 requires a psu with 31A on the +12v rail and a 550W psu minimum
I would suggest you get a psu of 600 - 650W for some headroom from ,
seasonic /xfx (also made by seasonic ) or any psu from the corsair TX , HX or AX range of PSU's
For one card right? i want to run 3...

Try putting it all together in pcparpicker.com - it will tell you a minimum power requirement. Then add 200W or so to it, since I imagine you will be overclocking, and pick a good brand PSU (Corsair (Not CX series), XFX, Seasonic, etc)
Cheers, i'll try that now i didn't even think of that!

You may want to add at least 150 W to whatever outcome you get as you don't want the PSU to run at it's maximum level for too long

So pretty much you can throw anything at the PSU & It'll run fine, so it'd be perfect for my config?

The system draws 1106w, well that's what pcpartpicker says.. wouldn't that 1000w psu die trying to run a system that needs a min 100w more?

In Australia could you look at this one,
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120g2...
is the same price as the silverstone,1300watts should be enough.
The silverstone will be fine too.
