Need help with PSU

I would like to know which PSU will be sufficient for my setup.
I'm new to Toms hardware so I don't know how this works.

My setup is:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 oc'ed to at least 4.2Ghz
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ASRock 990FX Extreme3
GPU:MSI Radeon R9 280X GAMING 3GB oc'ed to at least 1100Mhz

Should I get the Cooler Master B600 or the Corsair VS650?

The Radeon R9-280X requires a psu with 30A on the +12v rail and a 550W psu minimum
get a quality psu from seasonic/xfx ( also made by seasonic ) or any psu from the corsair TX ,HX or AX range of psu's
as they have high grade capacitors
650 - 700w will give you some headroom

Do you think the Corsair Builder CX600 Bronze will be a good choice?
